Rocks thrown at car of Yerushalayim Deputy Mayor

(Tuesday, March 13th, 2007)

Yehoshua Polak.jpgSeveral men from the Meah Shearim neighborhood threw rocks at the car belonging to Deputy Mayor Yehoshua Pollak. No injuries were reported, but his vehicle sustained damages. (It’s interesting to note, that less than a month ago YW reported [HERE] of an incident where Mayor Uri Lupolianski was assaulted while attending the Bris of a son of Yehoshua Pollak.)

zionflag, you are unfarely demonizing a whole society based on your misconseption of what they should be doing. No, they should not throw rocks, at anyone, but the connection to smoking? The batei medrash in Yerushlaim are packed from morning to night! There are hundreds of businesses run by Yerushalmi yidden, and yes, some are overly passionate about their beliefs, at least they have beliefs… Compare that to American “laidegaiers” of which there are plenty, whos totall absorbtion in gashmious is producing a second generation of “shamanta, avisa, kasisa, vayitosh….” I would sit on my leather sofa, and keep my comments about others to myself.

zion–you are saying it right, “throwing rocks cause injury to people and property” PLUS its so Arab-like to fight with rocks.
