Maple Chicken

This is a good weeknight chicken recipe. 1 chicken, cut in 1/8th’s 1/3 cup maple syrup (pure not pancake) 2 tablespoons oil 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar ¼ teaspoon pepper Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
