PHOTOS: Lakewood Irene Report [Sunday 9:39AM EST]

The storm in Lakewood has pretty much left the area , aside from some lingering showers and small winds. There are many downed trees and wires, and large areas of town are without power. Many basements are flooded, and the worst flooded area, is near the lake, where a stretch of 5 blocks of South Lake Drive have become part of the lake. Catskills Hatzolah has just placed all their units in the Ellenville area on "Emergency Mode". There is serious flooding being reported throughout the area and , Route 209 is completely shut down. 350,000 Without Power In Long Island [Sunday 9:07AM EST]

More than 350,000 customers are without power on Long Island, according to the Long Island Power Authority, which provides electricity to all of the Island and the Rockaways. CNN is reporting that the East and Hudson rivers have begun to overflow in parts of Lower Manhattan.
