NYC Strikes Uber Deal: No Cap on Company During Study
A deal has been struck between New York City and Uber on the eve of a City Council vote that could have placed a cap on the number of cars the ride-hailing company can have on the streets of the nation's largest city.
Mayor Bill de Blasio's administration announced Wednesday that Uber agreed to a four-month study on the impact of the cars on traffic and the environment. Under the deal, the city will not cap Uber's growth during those four months.

Poll: Romney Holds A Slight Lead In Illinois
Mitt Romney leads the GOP field in Illinois, according to a Fox Chicago News-We Ask America poll released Friday.
Romney is at 37 percent, followed by Rick Santorum at 31 percent, Newt Gingrich at 14 percent and Ron Paul at 8 percent.
The Illinois primary will be held next Tuesday, and with 69 delegates at stake is the biggest primary until New York in late April.
