I don’t know whether the cold water entering the system will ever get to “jad soledes bo” if the actual heating was turned off and we enter here in the machlokes whether “ilo-oh govar’ or “taso-oh govar” .The fact that the water you are using is very hot means little. it is what happens to the water that enters the system from the cold water source that is important. On that, I do not know what the actual “metzios’ (reality) is.
