I’m all for the limos. It’s no different than a regular collector from an Israeli yeshiva who’s plain ticket, hotel and food is payed for out if what he collects. Yehsiva bochurim are not bums who can be pushed around and manipulated by others. If you want them to collect for you then pay the price.
