Rachel you are trying to get free parking guess what we dont live on a monopoly board (though if u follow the white collar thread some may be going directly to jail) that lot is for shoppers only, there are tons of places to do tashlich without stepping on anyone’s toes. go elsewhere, as to your assumption that they are gangsters? all the more reason not to mess with them.
