The two Pshatim Peshutim are that she was either a Penuyah Tehorah or that it was not Derech Chibah. The tiny problem with the second Pshat is that the Rambam seems to imply that Nishuk is categorically Derech Chibah, but it could still be that that wouldn’t apply to Yaakov (or one could be Mechalek between a kiss on the cheek and other kisses, e.g.).
