These areas are NYC—>

-Most Expensive housing in the world (with permission of Tel Aviv).

-Not a suiteable place to raise a large family.

-Too liberal, idolatrous and untzinus for a G-D fearing jew.

-You can’t govern yourself in NYC according to your beliefs and values. Too big and diverse to influence local politics.
