22oldgold: that’s sad. maybe just only half-believe everything she says. whenever she says something, especially something exaggerated or that you know is a lie, don’t act surprised or give her extra attention, just be like sure, ok, & go on with your conversation. if it’s for attention, she will hopefully realize it’s not working and stop.
