Jax, like 2.4 g. jk I just went to the kitchen (I’m into doing exercise every night 😉 ) so, 590 mg in 1/4 teaspoon (I just went back, again, to make sure it was teaspoon and not tablespoon. anyone have a drink for me? 😉 ) that would mean about 1 whole teaspoon a day. Most foods are already salted and over a day it comes out to a LOT more than that. If you’re watching your salt, the first thing to go is processed foods. kapusta is fine. 🙂
