mdd, it says not to show hair but I saw somewhere that it is says also to cut it off before going to the Mikva. also I don’t have a Y.D handy right now but I know in Hilchos Tefillin I think maybe 27 or 28 I don’t remember, I will look it up later but I know it says something about hair being a chatzitza.
