The sefer Shearim Metzuyonim B’Halacho says clearly that the individual who makes a mistake and keeps davening a weekday shemoneh esrei on Friday night, should NOT say vesein tal u’motor since an individual goes according to what the tzibbur says and the tzibbur is not saying it Friday night.
