A woman is not obligated in peria v’revia so probably she would be allowed to marry a mamzer or ger who cannot have children or already did the mitzva and take preventive measures. Adoption might also be an option (see Rav Yaakov Kaminetzky, Chayei Olam Ch. 31 in the name of the Chafetz Chaim, Shem Olam Ch. 15).
