Its hard to defend yeshivas who throw out kids whose parents do pay tutitions, but what are schools supposed to do, Expenses arent free. Even if you pay the rebbes late (if at all) The Bank who owns the mortgage, the Electric company, the Janitor who keeps the place clean (Not paying somone on time is a major offense in secular society) and others can cause a yeshiva to be shut down even if some people pay.
