a ridiculous and stupid idea,the one time in their life that every girl should actually wear makeup is their wedding day,every girl wants to look perfect on their wedding day,its built in to all girls,instead of wasting money on such stupid incentives let them give the money and “scholarships” to kallahs that need money to make their wedding,and girls who cant afford seminary,though personally this seminary sounds pathetic,and i would never send my daughter there…
