Reply To: Loshon Hara Question

The Rambam’s heter of aplie telasa lets me repeat loshon hara if it was said in front of three people, and it is the first time, ie. if someone said loshon hara in front of 3 and then one of the 3 repeated it to 3, those 3 can’t repeat it. (There are loads of limitations to this rule, so don’t take this at face value).

So when I bump a thread, I am just repeating over the original loshon hara, in a sense, it is in front of 3 and then I am just repeating it. Maybe there is something to rely upon.

Anyone agree of disagree?
