postSem, while I have never been married and have never attended such classes, I believe that if two people are mature enough to marry, they can learn these halachos together.
I don’t see why this is an issue of tznius. Sure, it’s a sensitive topic, but the whole idea of marrying someone is a sensitive topic. If two people are going to live together, certainly they can learn together!
