Punctuality is goyish (am I doing this right?) Couldn’t be more mistaken. Punctuality is a Jewish as one can get it. Numerous Halochos vitally depend on punctuality, including commencing Shabbos & Yom Kippur in time, and finishing your Amidah in time, be it before 1/3 of the day, or before sunset. So I have to seriously disagree with ItcheSrulik’s assertion.
