I respect all of the kids-at-risk whether they are OTD or not, for trying their best to survive and thrive despite the difficult lives they have, and in most or many cases for trying to keep whatever Mitzvos they can. I respect EVERYONE who has a difficult life but keeps trying to survive and hold on and do the best they can.
