SaysMe, I’m glad you’re back, and your poem was beautifully written as well as very indicative of your emotions right now. It must be very difficult when a close friend seems to not have time for you, and you are dealing with it very well, if I can say so. You are right that she should at least let you know about her schedule and not keep you hoping for an opening that may not be there. But at the same time, this is very busy time for her and it may not cross her mind to have that conversation with you, though she may want to have it. Perhaps she should be informed about it somehow, and realize what it would mean to you. Hope things go smoothly with it!
