it allows me to be who I want to be,

who I will always be.
I can laugh,
I can cry,
I can be joyful or mourn,
and I can express it.
I can be popular,
I can be mean,
I can be caring and sensitive,
I can be deep and thoughtful,
I can be wacky,
and I can be shy.
I can be what I am,
I can allow myself to just be.
Its the white cloak that hides me in its covers,
its the shades that are pulled down over their eyes,
