At that time – yes. It depends on the amount each party has!
Also you could say that the Republicans that voted not guilty – one charge it was 5 and the other it was ten, maybe they didn’t feel it reached to the level of willful, etc. even though it was obvious that he lied!
The Clintons are continuously riding on that fine line between guilty or not! Do we as a country want someone like that to be our president?
Maybe give s/o else a chance, like Mr. Trump?!?
