Can I ask a stupid question? Based on how I recall we Pasken, it’s not possible for this to be the 9th year of the Yovel cycle. It’s the 6th year of Shmitah. I thought we Pasken that Yovel doesn’t count as the first year of a Shmitah cycle, which would make this impossible. Am I wrong?
