LB: Some people make their cholent spicy; others don’t. It depends on the person’s taste buds. I personally am not fond of very spicy foods so I prefer my cholent with traditional spices…salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and a dash or two of ketchup. My children add chili powder and sriracha sauce.
