BTW, earlier, someone posted (http://www.theyeshivaworld.com/coffeeroom/topic/ou-kashrus-is-not-reliable/page/5#post-603103) that the OU is makpid on frum ownership plus a mashiach temidi. This is not true, they are only makpid on mashgiach temidi. I looked up Le Marais, and the owner is not Jewish.
