The Hashghcahs in Great Neck are under the Vaad of Queens and the Rabbanin there are members of the Vaad of Queens. I think one or 2 opted out (Due to trying to be more liberal than the Vaad of Queens allowed)
Great Neck is right next to Queens, and many of the schools take student from both the Queens community and Great Neck, so it makes sense they are joined even if they are technically in different counties
