LB, the people who are designated to use that section are people like Women of the Wall who want to go there wearing kippahs, talleisim and tefillin, and want to read from a Torah scroll, just like men. They want men and women to “pray” together. If they wanted to be the women that HKB”H created, then they would be more than happy to go to the women’s section next to the men’s section and daaven, praying one of the three tefillahs of the day or say Tehillim, the way we are supposed to, not the way they want it to be.
