People don’t generally commit suicide because they were born “unstable”. It happens when a person’s pain grows heavier than their will to live. This is different for different people, and some people are therefore more likely to commit suicide, but the best thing that society can do to prevent suicide is not to inflict pain on others that will overshadow their will to live, and to do our best to relieve those who are suffering.
