Thats fine. It is equally as clear to me (based on my own Rav) that there are legitimate halachic reasons NOT to wear what is claimed to be techeiles. I dont know what they are, and since I am not in the business of second guessing my Rav, his psak, is a psak, not a recommendation. I suspect, many (though certainly not all) other people feel the same way.
