I am awake (up dressed, out of bed) 20 hours a day.
I drink about 8 cups of coffee each day
I drink about one gallon of spring water each day as well
6 ounces juice with breakfast
maybe 8 ounces of milk in any given week
Ice Tea in the summer
Hot tea only for a cold or sore throat
