To explain in greater detail above post to calculate PI according the GRA:
קוה = 111 and קו = 106
111/106 is the adjustment to 3
( from the Yam of Solomon – Circumference/Diameter = 30/10 = 3)
that is multiply 3 by 111/106 = 3.141509
