Neville- for a Tzadik you may be correct, but I thought the response was toward her claim that he was not only a Nassi hador, but accepted as such by many great rebbeim AND then the frightening comparison, to explain how he proclaimed himself Nassi hador, she gives an example of how Moshe Rabbeinu did so as well with no narcissistic intent!!
