It’s real clear why these anti-vaxxers are so strident and frequent in their comments: the only time that ever happens is when someone is insecure in their beliefs and/or feel guilty about what they’re doing. In the case of the anti-vaxxers, it’s both. If they really believed what they said there would be no reason to be so vocal about it – unless they are closet Missionaries and are building up to a bigger sales pitch.
