They both have pros and cons for example smoking makes you feel way more refreshed can give you the boost you need etc. but others don’t like the smell and can be VERY pricy in some countries and may cause cancer. E-cig dose not feel anywhere as good but not yet proved dangerous and has high start price then stays relatively cheap for liquid and coils.
