The FDA classifies them as “ENDS” or “Electronic Nicotine Delivery System”. Nicotine has been linked to cancer and addiction. But if you want to vape the nicotine-free systems, gezunteh heit, but it’s pretty much the same as breathing in the smell of boiling a soft drink and there’s no studies as to whether or not it’s actually safe.
