I think that elder chassidim will definitely not feel comfortable having such a young rebbe, like they did throughout history, but if the rebbe is capable it isint a problem within itself, there is a famous story regarding this with a rebbe (I forgot which one) and the point of what he told his chassidim was that I was born into it and therfore Even though I am younger but I have something impossible to gain through age etc
