As far as sending your child nude to school, yeshivas can set their own dress code Since most school have some type of dress code, they are permitted to ban student not dress properly. Also the yeshivas would never allow a student to be nude on their property.. The problem with the State and anti-vexer students are that until September 2019 you can have a religious exemption for not being vaccinated. The state changed the law, since they made the change they have the burden of proof that they are not discriminating against the ant-vaxers religious believes but since the law clearly states that religious exemptions will no longer be accepted I find it hard for the state to claim they are not violating the anti-vexers civil rights
