My vote would be the folkowing:

Rosenblatt, Yom Tov Erlich, Ben Zion Shenker, Carlebach, MBD,Yigal Calek, Able Rottenberg, Yisroel Lamm, Yossi Green and Lipa Shmeltzer.

They all shaped Jewish music to what it is today.
