I am pretty sure you are incorrect based on what i read and heard but will ask someone who knows the law.
Also, if an institution is built on money the donors earned in a non kosher way, the building will not endure. I even heard someone say that that also explains why our school systems are in such dissarray. Hashem asks us to build our homes and businesses with honesty and yashrus .
