I have tried several times to make it clear. Most driveways in BP are illegal. In order to be legal you must have a permit and ppay for it. 95% don’t have a permit. The City of NY ignores this for some reason. If you ever get ticketed for blocking a driveway just challenge the owner to produce the permit. Also sue him for your time.
