Jerusalem Gardens Hotel has a very good hechsher and has Skyline steak house on the top floor also. The dining room is really good. They have a new chef and I was surprised how much better the food was when we went right before chanukah! And Skyline is always amazing! The hotel is located near the main bridge at the center of the city and there is a train sstop right next to the hotel.
