Lev Yerushalayim only serves Breakfast daily and dinner on Shabbos and Yuntif by prior arrangement. It is not a traditional hotel, but a Timeshare and apartment rental venue with Kitchens in the units and plates/pots/pans available for rent.
When I go on vacation, I am not interested in a kuchelane, but for others with families and limited budgets it makes sense.
