Yom Kippur by Nileh we are asking for forgivenes for one paricular specified sin למען נחדל מעושק ידינו we should get away from stolen goods in our hands. Hashem provides us with goods to serve him. Therefore the chazal instituted brochos to appreciate the food we are provided and He gave us tastebuds to enjoy it.
