False; Montana has much lower per capita cases of coronavirus because, among other factors, its population density is a mere seven people per square mile. Comparing that to NYC or just about anywhere else besides Alaska, is meaningless. Unless of course you’re advocating that Jews leave NYC for wider spaces, which would be the most sane idea you ever had, but somehow I doubt that’s what you meant.
