Commonsaychel: Agreed. Parents will manage for the next several weeks until school starts. Hopefully, all the yeshivos are using the time to develop and implement plans for a safe reopening. It will require a lot more than a few boxes of face masks and hand sanitizer. If NYS is going to impose rigid health and safety requirements for all schools in the State, including private and religious schools, it should consider providing some funding to help meet the costs of those requirements. There are probably some yeshivos that may have financial difficulty funding these new requirements that will be a prerequisite to their reopening.
