Actually Charlie,
He banned all travel from China,
What he allowed was repatriation and US Citizens.
Banning US Citizens or Permanent Residents from returning home would have been near impossible.
But here we have an action which virtually everyone agrees saved thousands of lives and yet you call it xenophobic.
