But there is a Machlokes – Rashi & Tosfos.
One says it means you can make yourself warm or cold. I.E. – Put on a coat or blanket.
The other says if you expose yourself to s/o who has a cold or something that causes a fever, you can get it w/o Hashem’s decree.
