Is the atmosphere anti Torah? I’d doubt it. Does everyone behave perfectly? Maybe yes, maybe no.
I don’t know what goes on there. But I know a number of people who go. They are largely ehrliche yidden, who live Torah based, albeit Baalebatishe lifestyles. And those people provide quite a fair percentage of support of Torah in this country.
