I may have not seen this thread when it was posted, but I was involved with a Beit Din case around this time. It turns out that the woman refused to show up in Beit Din and got her husband arrested. This PREVENTED him from giving a Get. Her motivation was that she hid a pregnancy from her husband and from the Beit Din. She gave birth to the kid before the session in Beit Din. She is the real Get refuser, but you don’t here the Feminists in ORA discussing such cases because it doesn’t fit with their Feminist agenda.
